Location: Alabaster, AL

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

First Shift: 5 AM-1 PM

• Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility to support production operations.
• Supply production lines with materials to ensure a continuous workflow and minimize downtime.
• Load, unload, and stage materials from incoming and outgoing trucks safely and efficiently.
• Verify materials and quantities against shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records using RF scanners and inventory management systems.
• Organize and stage materials in designated warehouse and production areas.
• Conduct routine inspections of materials and report discrepancies, damage, or quality concerns.
• Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment in accordance with 5S and safety standards.
• Support general warehouse, shipping, and receiving functions as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners preferred.
