Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, directing and educating staff, evaluating performance, and ensuring high-quality patient care across assigned shifts.
Licensure as an Alabama RN, BLS with ACLS/PALS as needed, and a nursing diploma are required, with 1 year of experience preferred.
