Kirkland's - - Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional shopping experience to every customer utilizing Kirklands customer service model while assisting with all aspects of operations and merchandising.;
Drive sales growth by flexing into multiple roles including selling, cashiering, replenishing, setting floorsets and/or cleaning.;
Support customer service in both in-store and online (ship to store) shopping experiences and educate customers on loyalty programs and promotions.;
Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing and inventory accuracy; assist with stockroom organization and floorsets.;
