Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with their video gaming needs;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented;
Support store maintenance and cleanliness including restrooms and merchandising according to guidelines;
Assist the store team in meeting or exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage goals;
Escalate customer issues to a store keyholder in a timely and professional manner
