Manage all facets of store operations and supervise a retail staff; develop and promote a sales culture and provide outstanding guest service; recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain associates; schedule staff and manage payroll and attendance; ensure store is clean, organized, and merchandise is properly displayed; oversee Omni-Channel orders fulfillment and inventories; protect assets and ensure loss prevention practices; communicate with District Manager to implement store initiatives;
ensure compliance with policies and procedures; maintain records and prepare closeout paperwork.
