As a Sales Consultant
, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle purchase process — from greeting and needs assessment to test drives, product demonstrations, and final delivery. You’ll represent a trusted Ford dealership offering new, used, and certified pre‑owned vehicles, backed by a supportive management team and strong local reputation.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Prior automotive sales experience is not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays
• Professional appearance and customer‑focused mindset
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
