Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence in accordance with post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry, and report security‑related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and response actions in required reports, and communicate clearly with supervisors, staff, and/or first responders during routine and urgent situations.

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card and/or License.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Hold CPR Certification preferred.
• Have X‑Ray Screening Experience preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
