The City of Alabaster is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic I to keep our public works equipment operating safely and efficiently. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair a range of City-owned vehicles and machinery.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and experience with automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, or industrial repairs; a valid driver's license is required, and CDL is preferred or obtainable.
