Lab Tech

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Lab Tech to join their team. As a Lab Tech, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production and research teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong adherence to safety protocols, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Set up lab equipment and participate in running equipment for specific projects

+ Maintain and clean lab equipment such as vacuum pumps and thermocouples

+ Carry out written manufacturing procedures accurately

+ Participate actively in safety programs and handle hazardous waste responsibly

+ Operate routine instrumentation like GCs and melting point apparatus

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of relevant experience

+ Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions

+ Knowledge of experimental procedures and preparation techniques

+ Understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards

+

Experience with distillation techniques and handling high-pressure gases
