Job Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions for multiple clients.
- Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely disbursements.
- Handle accounts receivable by recording deposits and monitoring outstanding balances.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with audits by preparing documentation and supporting financial reviews.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- A minimum of 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in service or manufacturing industries.
- An Associate's or higher degree in Accounting.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and inventory management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients effectively.
- Ability to interpret financial reports and utilize accounting data for decision-making.
