- Optimize year-end engagements and tax return preparation
- Maintain and enhance client relationships consistently
- Collaborate with the team on engagement issues
- CPA or in progress with 3+ years external audit experience
- Solid grasp of accounting standards
- Detail-oriented with effective time management
- Ability to manage multiple engagements
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
