Accountant Contract Role

Our company is seeking a skilled Accountant for a contract role with hands-on experience in Net Suite. This is an excellent opportunity to support our accounting operations and drive process improvements during a critical period. Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and monthly accounting functions, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee transactional accounting in Net Suite: accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives.
• Generate and analyze financial statements, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and optimize Net Suite utilization.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to ad-hoc accounting requests as needed.
