Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support operational excellence across cross-functional teams. This role oversees project coordination, financial tracking, vendor interaction, and process improvement to ensure smooth execution of business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities and maintain project timelines and deliverables.
  • Track budgets, expenses, POs, and accruals, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to Finance.
  • Liaise with vendors to reconcile invoices, confirm expenses, and support issue resolution.
  • Support forecasting by organizing project and financial data for stakeholder review.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, documentation requirements, and SOX standards.
  • Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Assist with system enhancements, new initiatives, and operational projects as needed.
  • Act as a communication bridge between Finance, Operations, and functional partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, operations, or supply chain—preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Background working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting financial processes (budgeting, accruals, forecasting).
  • Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification preferred.
