We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to support the execution of compliance-related projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This onsite 12-month contract role in Alameda, CA offers the opportunity to keep key initiatives moving forward by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and supporting strong communication across project teams.

Responsibilities
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, deadlines, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
  • Follow up with team members and stakeholders to help ensure action items are completed on time
  • Maintain project plans, status trackers, dashboards, and related reporting materials
  • Support the preparation and sharing of status updates, executive summaries, and meeting materials
  • Help facilitate project meetings and capture clear notes, action items, and next steps
  • Escalate delays or concerns to project leaders when needed to help keep work on schedule
  • Coordinate communication across functions to support alignment on priorities and deliverables
  • Provide administrative and operational support for compliance-focused project work
Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting projects, programs, or project management activities
  • Experience coordinating multiple work streams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Strong skills in meeting coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication
  • Ability to track schedules, action items, risks, and dependencies with accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting compliance-related initiatives
  • Familiarity with creating status reports, dashboards, or executive summaries
  • Ability to work proactively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Comfort working with diverse teams and adapting to changing priorities
