In search of an interim Sr. Analyst, Contracts & Invoicing for a pharmaceutical and biotechnology organization supporting operational excellence across invoicing, procurement, and managed care processes. This six‑month engagement covers an employee leave period, ensuring continuity in critical market access operations. Ideal for professionals with detail-oriented, Excel‑driven analytics within a regulated, data‑intensive environment. Must be open to 5 days a week onsite in Alameda, CA.
WhatYou Will Work On
- Manage invoicing submission and payment processing.
- Track and monitor purchase requisition statuses, open/remaining values, and payment logs.
- Perform data reconciliations.
- Maintain invoice accuracy and resolve vendor payment‑related issues.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analytical projects.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Procurement, Finance, and Market Access teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- 3–10 years of professional experience in invoicing, procurement, accounting, or operational support.
- Preferred experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry supporting invoicing, procurement, or contract administration.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills—including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP—used daily for tracking, analysis, and data reconciliation.
- Experience communicating with vendors to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to manage large volumes of numerical data and drive accuracy.
- Preferred: experience and familiarity with CBM (Contract & Budget Management) systems.
