Project Manager
We are a long-established heavy civil construction firm with over 75 years of success in delivering award-winning projects in both the private and public sector. We specialize in full-service road and freeway projects, including paving, sanitary, storm and water work, private schools, hotels, business parks, commercial developments, airports, and rapid transit.
Salary: $120,000 – $175,000 per year.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry, focusing on civil construction, land development, paving, and grading.
- Proven experience in project management and construction management.
- Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Job software.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate teams toward achieving project goals.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively liaising with project stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
