Assistant Project Managers

Under the general supervision of a Senior Project Manager, Assistant Project Managers work alongside Superintendents managing multiple projects from pre-construction to closeout. They attend on-site construction meetings, prepare and update meeting minutes, schedules, and submittals, as well as RFIs, RFQs, and other project documents. They prepare and manage subcontracts and invoices, secure building permits, and review timecards.

Experience with Procore and strong technology skills in general are helpful. Assistant Project Managers must thrive in a team environment, are proactive problem solvers, and are excellent listeners and communicators. They prioritize attention to detail and client services. Because of the need to visit project sites, this candidate is also required to have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to use the company shared vehicles.

Asst. Project Manager

Work alongside Superintendent and Sr. Project Manager to manage multiple projects from preconstruction to close out. Attend on-site construction meetings, prepare and update meeting minutes, schedules & submittals as well as RFEs, RFQs and other project documents. Prepare and manage subcontracts and invoices, secure building permits and review timecards. Execute standard project documentation and logs, change orders, project budgets, subcontractor agreements, monthly billing, timecards etc.

Travel to construction sites to observe & confirm the work done is per design & construction documents.

Salary Range: $ to $ per year.

Requirements:
Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture. Must be able to travel temporarily to project sites & or relocate throughout the United States.
