Key Responsibilities- Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination tasks
- Maintain project documentation including RFIs and contracts
- Support scheduling, progress reporting, and field coordination
- Help with procurement and subcontract administration
- Coordinate project closeout activities and documentation
- 2+ years in civil construction or project coordination
- Experience with sewer and watermain infrastructure projects
- Post‑secondary education in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management tools
- Robust organizational and communication skills
