    • Interpret and apply full ICI specification sets, including Division 03 and related sections, to scope and price work accurately
    • Develop complete project estimates, including material, labour, equipment, supplier pricing, and subcontractor costs
    • Apply an understanding of site installation sequencing and construction process to inform accurate scoping and identify constructability risks
    • Identify scope gaps, ambiguities, and exclusions during bid review
    • Prepare detailed pricing breakdowns, cost summaries, and proposal documents
  • Bid Management & Supplier/Subcontractor Coordination
    • Manage the full bid cycle, including reviewing tender documents, issuing RFIs, soliciting supplier and subcontractor quotes, and compiling final submissions
    • Develop and issue scoped invitations to bid
    • Build and maintain a reliable network of supplier and trade contacts related to concrete, reinforcing steel, forming, embeds, lifting hardware, and related scopes
    • Evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing, conducting bid levelling and following up as needed to clarify scope, schedule, risk, and project requirements
  • Cost Control & Estimate Integrity
    • Maintain accurate pricing using historical project data, supplier input, and current market pricing
    • Review estimated costs against actuals on completed projects and apply lessons learned to future estimates
    • Support the construction team during project handoff, clearly communicating scope, assumptions, exclusions, and pricing details
    • Price and document change orders during construction as needed
  • Preconstruction & Client Engagement
    • Participate in preconstruction meetings with general contractors, consultants, engineers, owners, and internal team members
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and project stakeholders to answer questions, clarify scope, and provide estimating input throughout preconstruction
