Member Services Representative (Health Plan Call Center)
Location:
Alameda, CA 94502 (Onsite)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay: $28.61/hr Summary and Responsibilities Join a member-focused call center team where service, accuracy, and follow-through matter. This Member Services Representative role supports health plan members with benefits navigation, eligibility questions, claims-related inquiries, authorizations status updates, and general plan support across phone, email, chat, and written communications. The right Member Services Representative brings strong customer service, clean documentation habits, and confidence researching issues across multiple systems
