The Opportunity Mitchell Family Dentistry is a long-established, referral-driven family practice seeking a General Dentist who values high-quality dentistry, professional relationships, and being an active part of the local dental and patient community. You will step into a consistently full schedule supported by long-standing patient loyalty and a strong two-way referral network that includes endodontics, orthodontics, and periodontics. At the same time, this role is ideal for a dentist who understands the importance of building trust, visibility, and relationships within the community over time.
Our growth is driven by patient experience, professional collaboration, and word-of-mouth referrals. This is an opportunity to join a stable, established practice while contributing meaningfully to its continued evolution and presence in Alameda.
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative care, crowns, bridges, and extractions
- Develop thoughtful, patient-centered treatment plans with a focus on long-term oral and overall health
- Practice in a tech-supported environment that enhances precision, comfort, and efficiency
- Collaborate with experienced hygienists, assistants, and a trusted network of specialists
- Maintain clinical autonomy while working within a well-organized, supportive practice
- 25–30% of personal production
- Minimum daily guarantee of $700 per day with a monthly true-up

Mitchell Family Dentistry practices comprehensive general dentistry supported by advanced diagnostics and technology-driven workflows designed to improve clinical accuracy, efficiency, and patient outcomes. Technology is used deliberately to support sound clinical judgment, not to replace it. The practice integrates modern systems that enhance diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of care, including:
- Hard and soft tissue laser dentistry with the Solea All‑Tissue Laser for precise, minimally invasive procedures
- Single‑visit indirect restorations using CEREC
- Digital intra‑oral scanning and CBCT 3D imaging for diagnostic clarity and treatment planning
- Airway screenings and sleep‑focused treatment options, including custom mandibular advancement devices
- Clear aligner orthodontics, including Invisalign, Sure Smile, and Candid Pro, with attention to both function and esthetics
Prior experience with all technologies is not required. A solid clinical foundation, comfort with modern workflows, and interest in evidence‑based, comprehensive care are strongly valued.
