Mitchell Family Dentistry is a long-established, referral-driven family practice seeking a General Dentist who values high-quality dentistry, professional relationships, and being an active part of the local dental and patient community.

You will step into a consistently full schedule supported by long-standing patient loyalty and a strong two-way referral network that includes endodontics, orthodontics, and periodontics. At the same time, this role is ideal for a dentist who understands the importance of building trust, visibility, and relationships within the community over time. Our growth is driven by patient experience, professional collaboration, and word-of-mouth referrals.

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative care, crowns, bridges, and extractions
• Develop thoughtful, patient-centered treatment plans with a focus on long-term oral and overall health
• Practice in a tech-supported environment that enhances precision, comfort, and efficiency
• Collaborate with experienced hygienists, assistants, and a trusted network of specialists
• Maintain clinical autonomy while working within a well-organized, supportive practice

• 25–30% of personal production
• Minimum daily guarantee of $700 per day with a monthly true-up
