Designer, Product & Web - Respan

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user experiences for a self‑driving observability platform, translating complex AI concepts into clear, usable interfaces.
• Create high‑fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems in Figma that guide engineering implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven iteration to validate design decisions and improve product adoption.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align design solutions with technical constraints and business goals.
• Maintain and evolve a cohesive visual language and component library across web and product touchpoints.

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or AI‑focused products.
• Strong proficiency with Figma (or comparable design tools) and a solid understanding of HTML/CSS for design handoff.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, synthesize findings, and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Excellent visual communication skills and a portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end product design, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving startup environment.
