Job Description: Drawing instructor wanted to teach art classes at the Michaels store in Alameda, CA. This is a part-time, permanent position. A great opportunity for an artist who would like to offer classes but does not have their own studio space.
Requirements- Ability to draw realistically.
- Ability to teach realistic drawing classes.
- Willingness to market classes and build own student base.
FREE Basics: MAKE A Project Classes: Schedule up to one time per month.
- Hourly rate plus $3 per student.
Advanced Classes:
Drawing Classes
- Hourly rate plus $7 per student for six students or less.
- Hourly rate plus $10 per student for seven students or more.
All schedules to be determined between instructor and Michaels store management.
Class Details- Duration:
Two hours in length. - Goal:
Students leave with a finished drawing.
All Grumbacher art instructors who teach at Michaels must become certified through Grumbacher.
