This role serves as the primary contact for engineering support of In-Process Inspectors. The position supports production efforts and process improvements, coordinates In-Process MRB activities, and ensures the quality perspective is maintained during the transfer of new products from R&D to Production.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for engineering support of In-Process Inspectors.
- Support production efforts and process improvements, including trend analysis, process validation, and SPC.
- Coordinate In-Process MRB activities.
- Support Quality Systems by performing audits, driving SOP improvement, providing training, and conducting CAPA investigations.
- Ensure, from the Quality perspective, the transfer of new products from R&D to Production.
- Support Statistical Techniques and SPC interpretation.
- Present PPR and Management Review.
- Experience with trend analysis, process validation, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Familiarity with In-Process MRB coordination.
- Experience supporting Quality Systems including audits, SOP improvement, training, and CAPA investigations.
- Ability to support Statistical Techniques and SPC interpretation.
- Ability to present PPR and Management Review findings.
- Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME), Industrial Engineering (IE), or equivalent.
- 2 years of industry experience in an ISO-9001 environment, preferably in medical devices.
