Our primary offices are located in Woodstock and Fredericton, NB. We provide evidence‑based investment solutions, holistic financial planning, and tax‑efficient strategies for individuals, families, and business owners.
The OpportunityWe’re seeking a motivated Junior Associate/Financial Advisor to help us continue delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone early in their advisory career—or an existing advisor looking to propel their business to the next level within a collaborative, supportive environment. You’ll work closely with the lead advisor to support client relationships, contribute to planning, and participate in marketing initiatives.
This is an in‑office role, based in either Woodstock or Fredericton, with occasional travel required for client meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities- Support the lead advisor with client servicing, onboarding, and follow‑ups
- Assist in preparing financial plans, reviews, and investment proposals
- Contribute to marketing efforts, client communications, and presentations
- Use Excel and PowerPoint to develop planning tools and client materials
- Participate in training and compliance as part of your career development
- Strong interest in wealth management and client service
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; marketing experience is an asset
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Licensing is not required at hire but preferred. Must obtain licenses in a timely manner
- Investment license (CSC or IFC) within 12 months
- Life insurance license (LLQP) within 24 months
- Existing Advisor looking to grow within a team
- Completed CSC/IFC or LLQP
- Experience in financial services or client‑facing roles
