Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee project and job costing activities by tracking labor materials and overhead to support accurate reporting and profitability analysis.
- Manage budget to actual performance by analyzing variances and providing insights to support decision making.
- Lead daily accounting operations including payables receivables payroll and financial close across multiple entities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards while maintaining strong internal controls and audit readiness.
- Prepare financial reports forecasts and performance metrics that support leadership and operational teams.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience.
- Demonstrate strong experience in project based or construction accounting environments.
- Possess deep knowledge of cost accounting financial reporting and compliance practices.
- Use enterprise systems effectively and support process improvement initiatives.
- Lead with a hands on approach while managing responsibilities in a growing or evolving organization.
- Support cash flow management forecasting and working capital planning with strong analytical skills.
- Partner with operations and project teams to improve cost visibility and financial performance.
- Drive system and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exhibit leadership collaboration and problem solving skills in a dynamic environment.
