Rondo Energy is hiring a Senior Manager of FP&A to own the company’s financial planning engine at a pivotal growth moment. You’ll manage cash forecasting, build a scalable long-term corporate model, and deliver near-term forecasts guiding leadership and the board.
This hands-on role partners with the CFO and cross-functional teams in a high-growth, capital-intensive business. You will migrate the in-house model to a Vena-based framework, drive driver-based planning, and automate reporting.
