Banker / New Accounts Representative Alameda, CA | Full-Time | Up to $32/hr DOE

• Open consumer and business accounts
• Help customers choose the right banking products and services
• Cross-sell checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and other solutions
• Process teller transactions and maintain accurate records
• Deliver outstanding customer service in person and by phone
• Build and strengthen customer relationships
• Support branch growth and sales goals
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies

• 1+ year of banking teller experience
• Experience opening consumer accounts preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills

• 2+ years of banking teller experience
• Experience opening consumer and business accounts
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance

• 3+ years of banking teller experience
• Advanced new accounts experience, including complex business accounts
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong sales, relationship-building, and leadership skills
