Senior Finance Manager - Research & Development

I'm partnering with a growing, innovative organization seeking a Senior Finance Manager to support Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and related technical functions. This is a highly visible finance business partner role responsible for forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, strategic analysis, and supporting key operational leaders in driving business performance.

• Partner with operational leaders to support strategic and financial objectives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities across multiple business functions
• Develop detailed financial models, management reports, and performance analyses
• Monitor actual results against forecasts and identify risks and opportunities
• Drive financial discipline and accountability throughout the organization
• Support monthly close activities, including accrual reviews and variance analysis
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure forecasts align with business initiatives and project timelines
• Support capital expenditure planning and investment analysis
• Identify process improvements and help enhance financial planning and reporting processes

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, Operations Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or related experience
• Strong experience supporting supply chain, manufacturing, production, or operational organizations
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting skills
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
• Strong business partnering and communication skills
• Experience with in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, technology, consumer products, or other product-based manufacturing environments is a plus

We're especially interested in candidates with deep supply chain, biotech and manufacturing finance experience. Candidates coming from organizations with complex production, operations, inventory, procurement, logistics, or technical operations environments.
