Job Description / Duties- Support employee files project, including new hire processes like job offers, recruitment support, I-9s, onboarding/hiring workflows, etc.
- Assist with employee terminations, audits, and unemployment claims
- Process I-9 forms and ensure compliance
- Support pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Draft and manage employee communications and letters
- Handle high-level HR processes with a strong task-oriented approach
- Work with HR systems such as Kronos, UKG, and Ulti Pro (preferred)
- Provide administrative support for HR-related documentation and record-keeping
- 2+ years of HR administrative or HR assistant experience
- Strong understanding of full cycle HR processes, terminology, and compliance
- Experience handling high-volume HR support across multiple locations
- SW: strong MS Office & Kronos/UKG/Ulti Pro experience desired
- Industry experience is open – adaptable to various HR environments
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Excellent written communication skills (letter writing to employees)
- Ability to hit the ground running and quickly adapt to new processes
- Reliable, customer-service oriented, and a strong team player
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- Experience with EDD processes
