Digital Content Author, DTC​/ECommerce

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content Author to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on creating and managing engaging digital content, primarily for e-commerce platforms, in a highly regulated environment.

• Create, edit, and publish structured digital content using a headless CMS.
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional updates.
• Optimize content for user experience and conversion across key e-commerce touchpoints.
• Manage content approval workflows while advocating for business needs.

• Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms, preferably Strapi.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce content management and optimization.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a quality assurance mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with SEO best practices for e-commerce.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

The pay range for this role is $33 - $67 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
