The Hong Kong Study Skills Research Institute is seeking a System Analyst located in Alameda, CA. This role will support one of the Bay Area's largest behavioral health clients with technical expertise for their Net Smart my Avatar EHR.
The ideal candidate will handle application and business workflow testing, general troubleshooting, and communication with various stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical personnel. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of EHR system support experience are required.
