• Experience developing and generating governance and compliance reports within Okta

• Knowledge of Identity Governance, Compliance, and Audit requirements
• Experience with data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools

Design and implement standardized Okta IGA reports covering Access Requests and Group Creation activities

Develop repeatable reporting mechanisms suitable for operational reviews, audits, and compliance requirements

Analyze existing Okta reporting capabilities and recommend scalable reporting approaches

Design solutions to address Okta IGA three-year data retention limitations

Build mechanisms to retrieve historical governance data from AWS S3 repositories

Define historical data structures, mapping logic, and transformation requirements to align with Okta-generated reports

Create dashboards, report cards, and reporting interfaces for business users

Develop reporting automation to minimize manual effort and improve consistency

Partner with business, audit, compliance, and security teams to gather and refine reporting requirements

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across governance reporting solutions

Document reporting architecture, processes, and operational procedures

Support governance, compliance, and audit initiatives through reporting enhancements

Enable long-term self-service reporting capabilities for business stakeholders

Standardized Okta IGA reports available for Access Requests and Group Creation activities

Automated reporting process established for current governance data within Okta retention limits

Historical governance reporting enabled through AWS S3 integration

We are seeking an experienced Okta Identity Governance Reporting Consultant to design, implement, and optimize reporting solutions within Okta IGA. The role will focus on building standardized and repeatable governance reports, supporting audit and compliance requirements, and addressing Okta data retention limitations through integration with historical data repositories.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Okta Identity Governance, reporting frameworks, access governance processes, and data integration. You will partner with business and security stakeholders to define reporting requirements, implement scalable reporting solutions, and enable self-service reporting capabilities across the organization.

This role is critical in establishing a scalable reporting framework for Identity Governance operations. The successful candidate will enable standardized reporting for access requests and group management activities while overcoming platform retention limitations through historical data integration.
