Required Skills/Qualifications/

Experience:

Experience in technical program/project management and managing cross functional projects
Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving; working knowledge of data analysis and transformation in MS-Excel
Strong technical and hands-on technical project management experience with drop-in ability to ramp up quickly
Demonstrated understanding of technical documentation, program/project management, infrastructure terminologies and the finesse to drive complicated projects to completion
Experienced with communicating across a wide range of team disciplines
Exceptionally strong with written and verbal communication skills rising from engineering to executive levels
Experience working with globally diverse teams
Must be skilled with VLook Ups, Pivot Tables and other formulas on Excel
PMP and CSM certifications are nice to have

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/

Experience:

Experience with Technology Asset Management/IT Configuration Management/CMDB
Experience with Application Portfolio Management
Hands-on experience working with Service Now – IT Asset Management/CMDB solution
