We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst I to join our team in Alameda, California. The Desktop Support Analyst role is for a long term contract and is an onsite position out of Alameda, Ca.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Android devices, Apple products, and other hardware systems.
• Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions to ensure secure access.
• Configure and deploy EO/IR systems to meet operational requirements.
• Perform database management tasks, including updates and maintenance.
• Assist with hardware installations and configuration management processes.
• Support software deployments and ensure compatibility across systems.
• Deliver prompt and effective solutions to end-user concerns.
• Document technical procedures and resolutions to maintain a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with team members to improve system efficiency and reliability.
