We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to lead the assessment, redesign, and optimization of an enterprise Okta End-User Dashboard. This is a highly visible opportunity to improve the digital experience for employees and contractors by creating intuitive, user-centered dashboard experiences within an Identity & Access Management environment.

• 8+ years of genuine IT experience
• 3+ years of UX/UI Design experience
• 3+ years designing enterprise portals, SaaS applications, or employee-facing platforms
• Strong expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Experience conducting user research, usability assessments, and stakeholder workshops
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Evaluate and improve the current Okta dashboard experience
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and future-state dashboard designs
• Define information architecture, navigation, and content organization
• Establish dashboard standards, naming conventions, and governance guidelines
• Collaborate with IAM teams, business stakeholders, and IT leadership
• Support implementation and change management activities

• Drive a strategic UX transformation initiative
• Shape enterprise-wide identity platform experiences
• Collaborate with Security, IAM, Infrastructure, and Business teams
• Influence scalable UX standards and governance practices
• Deliver measurable improvements in usability and self-service adoption
