As a senior attorney, you will provide legal advice to the Community Care Licensing Division and county clients, represent CDSS before administrative tribunals, prosecute complex cases involving license revocations, denials, and exclusions, develop evidence strategies, negotiate settlements, and facilitate litigation related to child welfare and elder abuse.
Minimum Requirements- Attorney license in California.
- Experience in administrative law, evidentiary rules, or related litigation.
- Proficiency in negotiating stipulations and settlements.
- Ability to travel for hearings.
- Background investigation clearance.
- Fingerprint criminal record clearance.
