Maintenance Technician (Part‑Time)

• Perform daily field and grounds maintenance to preserve quality and cleanliness.
• Open and secure fields as directed by management and the front desk.
• Carry out physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and inspecting facilities.
• Communicate emergencies or disturbances promptly to the front desk team.
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including emptying trash cans, sweeping fields, and making minor repairs.
• Act as a liaison between guests and front desk for payment resolution and customer service support.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues to management immediately.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
• Complete other related tasks as assigned, including cross‑training and general facility cleaning duties.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines.
• Excellent time management and professionalism.
• Strong guest service skills and teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties as needed.
• Dependable, punctual, and proactive.
