Productor Associate

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Productor Associate to join their team. As a Productor Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $20.25 - Day   $22.28 Swing

** Shift: Day/Swing*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble medical devices following detailed manufacturing instructions, SOPs, and regulatory standards such as Federal QSR and ISO 13485

+ Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance

+ Accurately document lot history records and component accountability

+ Set up and operate manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment

+ Maintain proper gowning procedures, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards in a controlled manufacturing environment

** What's Needed?*
* + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

+ Ability to work with microscopes, tweezers, soldering irons, and small hand tools

+ Cleanroom or regulated manufacturing experience (medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical) is preferred but not required

+ Ability to clearly speak, read, and understand English

+ Reliable, trainable, and comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment
