The Campaign Manager will own the tactical execution of omni‑channel operations and customer engagement campaigns, with a primary focus on building, launching, and optimizing journeys in Braze. This role is a mix of 60% hands‑on campaign production with 40% data‑driven insight generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, launch, and optimize omni‑channel customer engagement campaigns using Braze (email, push, in‑app, SMS)
  • Translate marketing briefs into executable workflows, segmentation logic, and personalized messaging strategies
  • Partner with creative, product, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with brand, UX, and business goals
  • Apply segment filters, exclusions, priority rules, and frequency‑cap governance to prevent unintended overlap or channel conflicts
  • Conduct QA across segmentation, triggers, personalization, and channel logic to ensure accuracy and compliance with best practices
  • Monitor campaign performance using Braze, Adobe Analytics, and internal dashboards to identify trends and opportunities
  • Perform post‑campaign analysis to determine effectiveness, generate insights, and recommend enhancements
  • Maintain documentation, operational processes, and campaign standards to drive efficiency and consistency.
Required Skills
  • Hands‑on experience building and deploying campaigns in Braze.
  • Strong understanding of omni‑channel customer engagement and lifecycle marketing.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in managing complex workflows, segmentation, and personalization logic.
  • Ability to apply segmentation controls, exclusions, and frequency‑cap rules to ensure clean audience targeting and channel prioritization.
  • Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
