Salary: $110,000 - $240,000 per year. Hosted by Christie Bauer.

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our HVAC team in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven record in account management, business development, and territory management. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and construction. If you have a knack for outside sales and a passion for fostering long‑term client relationships, we would like to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining a portfolio of accounts in the HVAC sector within the construction industry.
  • Conducting business development initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Managing the sales territory effectively to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Establishing, negotiating, and executing service contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Coordinating with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery of HVAC and plumbing services.
  • Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Keeping up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and boost company revenue.
  • Conducting regular account reviews to track clients' satisfaction and usage.
  • Creating and presenting reports on account status to senior management.
  • Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP Contracting and a strong background in HVAC systems.
  • Proven track record in business development and territory management.
  • Extensive experience in outside sales.
  • Understanding of service contracts and service agreements.
  • Solid technical background with hands‑on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and construction.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Superior problem‑solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
