European Wax Center is looking for Licensed Wax Specialists to deliver quality waxing services and drive sales. The position is located at 2224 S Shore Center, Alameda, CA 94501 and offers hourly wages of $17.85 to $18.50, with opportunities for tips and sales bonuses.
Roles and Responsibilities- Deliver flawless waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax®.
- Build strong guest relationships and drive retail product sales through education and personalized recommendations.
- Meet and exceed monthly service, rebooking and product sales goals.
- Create a memorable guest experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required).
- Passion for skincare and talent for upselling and cross-selling.
- Confidence in recommending products and services to meet guest needs.
- Goal-oriented mindset and desire to grow income.
- Ability to educate guests on care solutions.
- Strong marketing and book-building skills.
