Key Account Management Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Your primary purpose is to develop and strengthen CEVA’s business relationships with strategic Automotive customers in North America.
• Customer Growth:
  Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities while ensuring operational excellence.
• Customer Retention:
  Safeguard and maintain existing business across all geographies.
• Customer Relationships:
  Build and expand senior‑level relationships across regions and business units.
• Negotiations:
  Lead and coordinate contract negotiations and major commercial opportunities.
• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, BD leaders) to ensure alignment and execution.
• Ensure consistency of the CEVA customer experience globally.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans, including growth targets and relationship management.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and executive briefings, including to senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong experience in logistics and multinational environments.
• 10+ years of experience in international supply chain and logistics.
• 5+ years in key account leadership roles.
• Proven experience in commercial negotiations.
• Experience managing global networks and virtual teams.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, supply chain, and global commerce.
• Advanced negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management at executive level.
• High level of cultural awareness and international exposure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
