Job Title: Experienced Exterior and Interior Painters

Location: Alameda, California

We are seeking experienced exterior and interior painters to join our team for a long-term residential project. This project involves work inside occupied homes, so professionalism and respect for homeowners are essential.

• Perform interior and exterior painting on residential projects, including masking, rolling, cutting-in, painting, and cleanup.
• Work safely and confidently on step ladders and extension ladders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and communicate effectively with homeowners and team members.
• Keep pace with project schedules and adhere to safety practices in occupied spaces.
• Protect occupied residences and minimize disruption to residents.

• Minimum 3 years of interior painting experience.
• Skilled in masking, rolling, cutting-in, painting, and cleanup.
• Ability to work safely on ladders and maintain quality workmanship.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a clean work environment.
• Strong awareness of safety practices in occupied spaces.
• Ability to keep pace with project schedules.
• Must have your own painter's tools.

• Work will take place in occupied residences, requiring care, cleanliness, and excellent communication.
