Paving Crew Member​/General Laborer; Woodstock

We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude and sharp attention to detail to join us for the 2026 season (April–November) and beyond.

• Starting Pay:
  From $24.00/hr (Based on experience).

• Groundwork:
  Assist with performance of essential paving tasks including shoveling, raking, tamping, and site preparation.
• Maintenance:
  Perform daily inspections, greasing, and fueling of equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Safety:
  Assist the foreman in maintaining a safe, tidy, and effective job site.

• Reliability:
  Show up on time and ready to work in all weather conditions.
• Proactive Initiative:
  Understand your role and take the lead on your tasks without needing constant supervision.
• Tech‑Savvy:
  Proficient in the use of technology, willing to learn and adapt.
• Driver’s License:
  Valid G license with a clean abstract (Required).
• Assets:
  Experience operating an asphalt roller, floating heavy equipment, or holding a commercial license (DZ, AR, AZ) is a major plus; willingness to train is required.

  Full‑time, Seasonal (Year‑round opportunities available for the right candidate).
• Pay: $24.00–$35.00+ per hour (Depending on skill level).
• Hours:
  
  Monday‑Friday, 10 hours per day.
