The Alameda Housing Authority seeks a Facilities and Maintenance Technician I or II to perform maintenance and alterations on buildings and facilities, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, with inspections and vendor coordination.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, at-will position with a 72-hour biweekly schedule (nine 8-hour days, every other Friday off) and on-call duties for off days, weekends, and holidays.
