You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, and access to an insured vehicle for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

• Operate all equipment (for store team members).
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.

Many team members began as delivery drivers and progressed to roles such as franchise owner or corporate operations management. Stores offer opportunities for advancement.

• General job duties for all store team members:
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients, process orders, and take inventory; maintain paperwork.
• Prepare products and assist with customer orders (phone and in person).
• Maintain a clean work environment and assist with training as needed.

• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal and written communication to take and process orders; interaction with customers and co-workers.
• Eye-hand coordination to perform tasks quickly and accurately; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product; in-store temperatures range from 36 to 90+ degrees. Be prepared for sudden changes, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

• Eye-hand coordination is essential; frequent use of hands for shaping dough and handling tools such as pizza peels and cutters.
• Team Members may need to drive; driving duties include delivering product by car and delivering flyers/door hangers. Requires a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
• Navigation to designated delivery areas; ability to navigate multi-story buildings and varied delivery sites.

Stand for long periods; walk on varied surfaces; lift and carry items up to 50 pounds; climb stairs; and perform tasks that involve kneading dough, handling dough trays, and carrying ingredients.
