U.S. Customs and Border Protection is hiring entry-level Border Patrol Agents (BPA) GL-5/GL-7 in a sign-on and retention incentive program. Positions offer full-time federal employment, comprehensive benefits, and a structured career ladder from GL-5 to GS-12.
Newly appointed agents may receive recruitment incentives up to $20,000 and retention incentives up to $40,000 over four years. Duty locations include multiple Southwest border stations with relocation possible.
