Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage exceptional ABA services to improve cognitive, social, and self-help skills for clients and families.
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to specific goals.
- Analyze client progress data, adjusting interventions to ensure optimal outcomes and clinical quality.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians, fostering continuous learning and growth.
- Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with caregivers and service providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
- Support staff development through constructive feedback and training initiatives.
- Assist with clinic oversight, program development, and special projects as assigned.
Must-Have
Skills:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and LBA in good standing.
- Meets Supervisor requirements under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Eligible for credentials with designated insurance carriers.
- Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for supporting children in diverse environments.
- Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic team setting.
Nice-to-Have
Skills:
- Experience supporting staff professional development in an ABA or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with a range of ABA assessment tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency working in clinic, home, and community therapy environments.
- Background in program development and clinic operations.
- Advanced training or education in related fields (e.g., psychology, education, special needs).
