The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage exceptional ABA services to improve cognitive, social, and self-help skills for clients and families.
  • Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to specific goals.
  • Analyze client progress data, adjusting interventions to ensure optimal outcomes and clinical quality.
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians, fostering continuous learning and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with caregivers and service providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
  • Support staff development through constructive feedback and training initiatives.
  • Assist with clinic oversight, program development, and special projects as assigned.

Must-Have

Skills:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and LBA in good standing.
  • Meets Supervisor requirements under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Eligible for credentials with designated insurance carriers.
  • Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for supporting children in diverse environments.
  • Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic team setting.

Nice-to-Have

Skills:

  • Experience supporting staff professional development in an ABA or healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with a range of ABA assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency working in clinic, home, and community therapy environments.
  • Background in program development and clinic operations.
  • Advanced training or education in related fields (e.g., psychology, education, special needs).
